What You’ll Do
TR King Insurance Marketing, LLC helps independent insurance agents and agencies double their income in 90 days without giving up their freedom or commissions.
As a Contracting Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and managing agent data in our systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams, insurance companies, and agents to ensure all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible in a digital database. You'll assist in direct agent customer service and communicating updates regarding paperwork progress and completion. You'll tenaciously follow-up with insurance companies and partners to ensure requests are completed!
In this role, you’ll manage data and communicate clearly with internal teams, insurance companies, and agents. Enter and manage contract data in multiple databases.
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Verify and compare data with source documents for correctness.
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity.
Conduct basic research as needed.
Prepare and send documents related to agent contracting.
Answering / returning phone calls and following up on administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Setup video conferencing when needed to help provide agent customer service.
Maintain filing, record-keeping, and document management systems.
Provide general administrative, marketer, and agent support.
Respond quickly to internal and external routine inquiries, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.

Previous experience in contracting, data entry, or insurance licensing preferred.
Previous experience with HIPAA compliance and practices.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Proficiency in Adobe DC, Google Workspace, Google Sheets & Docs, and Microsoft Excel & Word.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, outgoing, and adaptable to a fast-paced but supportive work environment.
Comfortable with phone and video (like Zoom and Google Meet) conversations.
Strong & reliable internet capabilities.
